Thirty years on the Bisbee-Naco Highway

In 1993, Los Tachos opened on the Bisbee-Naco Highway to share the Sonoran food this family grew up with. The recipes haven't changed, and neither has the care. Named after a beloved father in law, Tacho, the restaurant still serves dishes first crafted by the grandmother whose cooking became the heart of the menu. What began as one family's way of feeding their community has grown into a Bisbee staple, built on authentic recipes and decades of history.
