History
Established in 1993.
In 1993, our mother Bertha Salaiz opened Tachos with the purpose of bringing Sonoran Mexican style food to Bisbee and surrounding communities. Recipes that were handed down for generations. She named the restaurant after our grandfather Anastacio known to his family and friends as Tacho. Please join us and try our famous Crispy Tacos, Chile Colorado, Sonoran style hot dogs or our Sonoran style enchiladas among many other dishes!
